Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
At 0Support, we care about our users' privacy. This policy explains how information collected while you use our platform is processed.
1. Information We Collect
Information processed depends on how the Service is used and includes account and contact details, billing information, usage and security logs (such as IP addresses and browser information), and messages, attachments and contact records submitted through customer support channels.
2. Use of Information
- Creating your account and providing the service
- Carrying out billing and payment transactions
- Providing customer support
- Improving service quality and security
3. Cookies
Our website uses cookies required for session management and basic functionality. Cookies used for analytics purposes are only used with your consent.
4. Data Security
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Your card details are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe), not by us, and are not stored on our servers.
5. Sharing With Third Parties
Depending on the features used, information may be processed by providers of hosting, storage, communications, payments, enabled AI features and customer-selected integrations where necessary to provide the Service and on an applicable lawful basis. Legal requests and substantiated misuse reports may also require limited disclosure. Consent is sought where required by law; it is not the only possible legal basis. Customers should consider the privacy terms of integrations they enable.
6. Contact
For privacy questions and requests, contact [email protected].
7. Roles in Customer Conversations
For customer support conversations, the business using 0Support generally determines why information is collected and how it is used; 0Support processes it to deliver the service under the relevant instructions and contractual arrangements. For our own account administration, billing and security purposes, our role may differ. Legal roles depend on the actual processing, not just these labels. Customers must provide their own notices and establish the necessary lawful basis. This allocation does not remove 0Support's own legal obligations.
8. Reports and Legal Requests
When handling a misuse report or a lawful request, relevant account details, communications and technical records may be reviewed, preserved or disclosed where legally justified and necessary. A complaint does not automatically justify disclosure of an entire conversation history. Requests are assessed for their legal basis and scope, with applicable confidentiality and notification requirements. Reports can be sent to [email protected].
9. Retention and Your Requests
Retention depends on the data category, service purpose, customer instructions, applicable legal obligations and legitimate dispute or security needs; records should not be kept indefinitely merely because an account once existed. Subject to applicable law, you may request information, access, correction or deletion, object to processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact [email protected]. For conversations with a customer business, contact that business first; we may need to refer or coordinate the request with it and verify identity proportionately. Mandatory retention or another lawful basis may prevent immediate deletion.
