Your personal data may be processed by 0Support, acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

In connection with registering for our services, purchasing a plan, and using the platform, we process limited information such as your full name, email address, phone number, company name, tax/national ID number, billing address, and payment-related details.

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

• Carrying out membership and account creation processes
• Providing the service matching your purchased plan and setting up your account in the panel
• Issuing invoices and fulfilling legal accounting obligations
• Responding to customer support requests
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with payment infrastructure providers and legally authorized public institutions, only to the extent necessary to perform the service.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its deletion or destruction, and to request compensation for damages.
