Terms of Use

Last updated: September 20, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern the rights and obligations between customers ("Customer") using the 0Support platform ("Service") and 0Support. By registering for the Service, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.

1. Scope of the Service

0Support is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that lets you manage customer support processes (live chat, multi-channel messaging, AI-powered replies, and reporting) from a single panel. The Service is provided within the features and usage limits determined by the selected plan.

2. Membership and Account

The Customer agrees that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. The Customer is responsible for account security, including password confidentiality.

3. Plans and Pricing

The Service is offered in plans billed monthly or annually. Fees vary by the selected plan, and current pricing is published on the website. Invoices are issued at the end of the billing period and made available to the Customer's account electronically.

4. Payment

Payments can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer. Card payments are collected through our payment infrastructure provider. Payments made by bank transfer are credited to the account after being reviewed and confirmed by us.

5. Late Payments

If payment is not made by the end of the grace period granted for an overdue invoice, the account may be temporarily suspended or downgraded to limited functionality.

6. Termination

The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 0Support reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service in the event of a breach of this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 0Support is not responsible for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control. This does not exclude liability for our own breach or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded; section 17 applies.

8. Changes

0Support reserves the right to update this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated to the Customer by email or through the panel.

9. Contact

For contractual questions and reports of misuse, contact [email protected].

10. Business Communications and Responsibility

0Support provides technical tools for businesses to support their customers. The subscribing business is the Customer; its employees, agents and contractors are Authorized Users. People communicating with it are End Users. 0Support is not a party to their sales, refunds, promises or other dealings and does not approve or guarantee the Customer's business merely by providing the Service.

11. Content and Authorized Users

As between 0Support and the Customer, the Customer is responsible for messages, attachments, statements and instructions submitted by it or its Authorized Users, including insults, threats, misleading statements and unlawful commitments. Independent End Users remain responsible for their own communications; receiving a message does not make the Customer its author. Transmission, storage or display does not mean that 0Support authored, adopted or endorsed the content. The Customer must address misuse within its control and safeguard credentials and access rights.

12. Lawful and Acceptable Use

Customers must hold required business licenses and content rights and provide legally required notices and permissions. The Service must not be used for unlawful harassment, defamation, threats, fraud, impersonation, phishing, unsolicited unlawful marketing, rights infringement, sexual exploitation, child abuse material, trafficking, unlawful incitement to violence or hatred, malware, unauthorized access or evasion of security restrictions. Customers must not direct a bot, AI feature or third party to do what they may not do themselves. Customers are responsible for their products, services and disputes with End Users.

13. Automations, AI and Third-Party Services

Customers control their workflows, source materials, integrations and deployment of automated replies. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate and requires oversight proportionate to its use; it must not be the sole basis for high-impact legal, medical or financial decisions. Customer use of integrations is also subject to the relevant provider's terms. These provisions do not exclude 0Support's mandatory obligations for its own technology, conduct or subcontractors.

14. Reports, Restrictions and Review

Report suspected unlawful content or abuse to [email protected], identifying the relevant website or account, conversation or content, the reason for the complaint and supporting information. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. We assess sufficiently detailed notices and may restrict specific content, features or accounts as required by law or reasonably necessary to address violations or material risks. Action may follow a substantiated complaint or other awareness, not only a court order. Where lawful and practicable, we provide notice, an explanation and an opportunity to respond; review requests may be sent to the same address. Urgent protective action may be taken without advance notice. Taking action is not by itself an admission of responsibility for the original content. The Service is not an emergency service.

15. Content Processing and Legal Requests

Content ownership is not transferred to 0Support. The Customer authorizes only the processing reasonably needed to provide, secure and support the Service, enforce these Terms and comply with law. We do not undertake to pre-screen every message. Relevant information may be reviewed, preserved or disclosed for complaints, valid legal requests or security matters only on a lawful basis and within the necessary scope. Applicable confidentiality, data protection and mandatory reporting duties remain in force. Customers must not unlawfully destroy evidence or obstruct investigations.

16. Third-Party Claims

To the extent permitted by law, the Customer will indemnify 0Support against third-party claims and reasonable legal costs attributable to the Customer's or its Authorized Users' unlawful content, rights infringement, business activities or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent caused by 0Support's own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct. 0Support must give reasonably prompt notice and reasonable cooperation. No settlement may admit fault for, impose non-monetary obligations on, or fail to release 0Support without its written consent, not unreasonably withheld.

17. Mandatory Rights and Interpretation

These Terms allocate responsibilities between 0Support and the Customer; they do not bind independent third parties or remove their statutory rights. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury. Any restriction applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions where lawful. Neither language version is intended to reduce mandatory rights. References to 0Support mean the organization providing the 0Support service; questions about provider identification may be sent to [email protected].
