Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Last updated: July 25, 2026
Our business customers can request a Data Processing Agreement governing how 0Support processes data belonging to their own end users. This page summarizes what our DPA covers; a signed DPA is provided by contacting our sales team.
1. When Is a DPA Required?
Under the GDPR and similar data protection laws, a DPA must be signed between us whenever we process personal data as a "processor" on behalf of a "controller" (your company). A standard DPA template is available for our Business and Enterprise plan customers.
2. Main Topics Covered by the DPA
- Categories of data processed and types of data subjects
- Purpose, duration, and scope of processing
- Use of sub-processors and the notification process
- Technical and organizational security measures applied
- Data breach notification processes and timelines
- International data transfer mechanisms (standard contractual clauses)
- Deletion/return of data upon termination of the agreement
3. How to Request It
To receive a signed copy of the DPA, contact us at [email protected]. Providing your company name and the plan you use speeds up the process.
